Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, client-focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate to assist Account Executives and Account Managers with servicing tasks. The role involves preparing certificates of insurance, processing loss runs, and providing quality customer service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Ability or adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
