Requirements
- Provide quality customer service to existing accounts
- Manage a book of business exceeding $200K in revenue
- Mentor and support Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants
- Implement Client Service Plans
- Maintain accurate client information
- Assist account team in providing customer service to middle market accounts
