Job Description
Our Account Managers play a critical role in ensuring clients receive the support they need to effectively manage their insurance policies. They are responsible for servicing and retaining commercial lines insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners, and performing various administrative tasks such as managing account files, processing invoices and credits, and generating reports.
Requirements
- Current Property/Casualty Insurance License
- 4-7 years of insurance brokerage experience
- High school diploma required, though college degree preferred
- Above average math skills
- Strong written, oral, and phone communication skills
- Organize, set, and maintain priorities
- Basic knowledge/experience with an agency management system
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
