Account Manager - Employee Benefits

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager - Employee Benefits to service and maintain existing accounts, identify opportunities for increasing business, and provide professional and courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, business partners, and HUB colleagues.

Requirements

• Manages a book of employee benefits insurance business
• Provides professional and courteous service to clients
• Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of HUB products and services
• Works independently as well as cooperatively with Producers and Account Executives
• Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers
• Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings
• Documents transactions with clients and carrier representatives
• Supports, mentors and trains lower-level colleagues
• Attends industry related continuing education training and courses
