Account Manager, Employee Benefits

The Account Manager facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. The role involves managing a book of insurance business, providing professional, courteous service, and overseeing the renewal process for existing clients.

Requirements

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process
• Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel
• Acquires understanding of clients' business and insurance objectives
• Establishes and maintain strong business relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Serves as client point of contact for day-to-day eligibility, claims, billing and benefit administration inquiries
• Maintains accurate and organized account files
• Seeks continued knowledge and stays abreast of changes in the insurance industry
