Job Description
The Assistant Account Manager provides high-level support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts. This position requires meeting daily production standards, goals, and service commitments.
Requirements
- Assists the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process
- Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email
- Participates in the renewal preparation process
