Job Description

As an Associate Account Executive, you will serve as a key member of our Commercial Lines department, handling various tasks such as certificate issuance, processing endorsements, and maintaining billing schedules. Our team thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, supported by over 20,000 professionals in 570+ offices across North America.
Requirements
- Issuance of certificates of Insurance, ID cards, schedules of insurance, and billing schedules.
- Processing endorsements, invoices, and entering exposure data within the Applied Epic AMS
- Liaise with Accounting department, financing companies, and direct bill carriers to maintain up to date billing schedules for each client
