Branch Team Lead

Requirements

• 3+ years of insurance brokerage experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience, OR 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment with a willingness to obtain your insurance license
• Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) is an asset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy
