Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the reengagement and future development of our partnership channel from Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, Independent Insurance Agents, and vendors. The successful candidate will build a national network of property manager and other third-party partnerships, drive new business volume, and establish a referral engine that benefits the entire sales organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or B2B sales—preferably in insurance, real estate, property management, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline of external relationships with measurable referral or revenue outcomes
- Strong communicator with the ability to represent Proper's value proposition clearly and credibly to property management professionals
