Job Description
As a Client Relationship Specialist at HUB Warranty, you will be responsible for servicing and managing client day-to-day expectations, working with the Client Development Specialist to sell and assist in the sales of different types of insurance. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with builder members, collect fees, and make renewal calls to existing clients.
Requirements
- Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License or the willingness and desire to obtain
- Proficient technical skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other standard business software)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude
