We are seeking a confident professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer. The ideal candidate will have 3-15 years of business-to-business sales experience and be able to sell and develop strong business-to-business relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience
• Commercial Insurance sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently
