Job Description
HUB International is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to ensure data integrity, accurate commission application, and partner with others to ensure proper revenue recognition. This role will provide operational financial tasks and business analytics in the operations department.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ experience financial experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills, with ability to analyze data using complex functions and pivot tables
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
- Able to work independently and proactively
