Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or other business-related fields, with coursework containing a high quantitative and analytical content
• A minimum of three years of experience in the collective pension plan field (including relevant experience specifically for accumulation plans) as a plan promoter, advisor, or client relationship manager at a service provider
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• In accordance with the regulatory requirements of financial market authorities, ideally possess a pension plan advisor title or be in the process of obtaining it within the first year
• CFA or Pl. Fin. title, an asset
• AICA or FICA title, an asset
