Liability Claims Adjuster

Proper Insurance is hiring a Liability Claims Adjuster to handle third-party claims from FNOL to closure. The ideal candidate will have experience handling liability claims and be able to manage a caseload with accuracy and empathy.

Requirements

• Liability adjusting experience handling GL/BI/PD claims
• Proven end-to-end file ownership: investigation, coverage analysis, valuation, negotiation, and closure
• Strong writing and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of claim regulations, time limits, and Unfair Claims Practices
• Technically diligent: disciplined diary, clean documentation, accurate data
• Active adjusting license(s) as required; ability to obtain additional licenses if needed
