We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as a Retirement Plan Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in retirement plan advisory and fiduciary consulting or plan administration and recordkeeping. The Account Manager will oversee total client relationships for assigned retirement plan clients, providing comprehensive client review meetings, investment due diligence, and strategic planning. The candidate should have a proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently, grow business development capabilities, and demonstrate full competency in fiduciary consulting, plan design, and investment advisory.
