Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Specialty Program Group in a dynamic transitional support role. This position offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as you support the accounting operations for multiple entities with diverse needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong fundamental accounting knowledge
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Experience with account reconciliations and transactional accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
• Adaptable mindset and comfort with shifting priorities
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
