Requirements

• Communicate with insureds, carriers, adjusters, attorneys/counsel during life of a claim
• Review and evaluate insurance policies to determine where coverage potentially exists
• Evaluate and review legal documents, including complaints, leases and contracts for the purpose of determining proper handling of claim as well as liability and/or insurable interest
• Advocate 1st party property claims from initial report of claim to settlement on behalf of Hub clients
• Organize and participate in claim reviews meetings and new business presentations
• Maintain diary of files for follow-up and document all follow-ups within claim file
• Interact with account service teams
• Create and issue correspondence, including written advocacy on behalf of Hub clients
• Track claim success stories
• Contribute towards quarterly newsletters and articles based on claim scenarios
• Demonstrate effective team management skills
