Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will support HUB's Employee Benefits Division, delivering in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis, identifying key trends, and communicating findings to business leaders. This is a highly dynamic, ownership-driven role that goes beyond routine reporting.
Requirements
- Own and drive month-end close activities
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis
- Support the Employee Benefits Division
- Develop and maintain financial reporting across multiple systems
- Assist with the annual budget process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams
