We are seeking a Team Leader, Insurance Operations to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing a team.
Requirements
- Appropriate insurance license in good standing
- Experience as a Broker
- Strong computer skills
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Senior broker or peer coach experience preferred
- Management experience is an asset
