Underwriter

Join our Stevie Award Winning Team at HUB International! We are looking for an Underwriter to join our team on a Hybrid work schedule located in our Warwick, RI office. As an Underwriter, you will handle a broad range of daily activities independently utilizing technical expertise and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years’ experience with a wholesale broker preferred
• Valid RI P&C Brokers License preferred
• Knowledge of all coverage lines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge with applications such as AS400 & ImageRight preferred
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, & Word is required
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
