As a Personal Lines Underwriting Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our underwriting operations — managing the full administrative lifecycle of insurance policies and playing an essential role in delivering a seamless experience for our underwriters, producers, and clients alike.
Requirements
- Easy going and down to have some fun with a customer service mindset
- Detail oriented and reliable
- Thrives in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience within an office and/or administrative capacity is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is an asset
