Requirements

• Seven years of employee benefits insurance experience
• College degree preferred
• Supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of employee benefits, coverages, and markets
• Producer's license
• Experience with Microsoft Office products especially excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
