Job Description
Under limited supervision, the Site Supervisor will oversee all activities at Hubbard Family Swim School, including safety, customer service, swim instruction, and facilities management, creating a welcoming environment and dynamic swim experience for each swimmer.
Requirements
- High school degree with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- Current food manager's card & current CPR/AED/FIRST AID, lifesaving/guard certification required
- Emotional maturity, enjoyment of water, and genuine interest in character development of youth and adolescents
