Job Description
The CNC Machinist Lead oversees CNC machining operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production of high-quality parts. Responsibilities include preparing and operating CNC machines, supervising team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist
- 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program
- Proven skill in operating CNC machinery
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and technical drawings
- Computer proficiency with basic programming and CAD/CAM knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
