Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist
• 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program
• Proven skill in operating CNC machinery
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and technical drawings
• Computer proficiency with basic programming and CAD/CAM knowledge
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
