CNC Operator

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Responsibilities include preparing and operating CNC machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, loading raw materials, and inspecting finished components.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certificate or diploma from a trade school (preferred)
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
