Continuous Improvement Manager - Olive Branch, MS

The Continuous Improvement Manager will focus on continuous improvement efforts for the site, including leading Kaizen and other Lean events to improve operations and profitability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing Lean Transformation within an existing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations / Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing environments
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong team skills to communicate and influence all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong influential and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, Planner, etc.
