Job Description
The CNC Tooling Lead is responsible for overseeing tooling operations within CNC machining environments, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of tooling systems to support efficient production.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC machining with a focus on tooling
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Strong understanding of CNC tooling systems, cutting tools, and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Proficiency in precision measurement tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with CNC programming and tooling databases
