Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Demand Planner to join our team, focusing on a single business unit. The Demand Planner will be instrumental in driving the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring optimal balance between demand and supply, and aligning inventory with customer service levels and profitability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in ERP systems and planning software, along with MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
