Job Description
The Senior Associate Engineer is responsible for a full spectrum of assignments related to determining, maintaining, and improving the efficiency, utilization, productivity, and quality of the assigned manufacturing work unit(s).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent technical degree or advanced degree; no experience (required)
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience (required)
- Must possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to interact and work effectively to achieve common goals with other departments including supply chain, operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing
- Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred
