Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing visual and mechanical inspections to ensure parts and materials meet quality standards. The role involves conducting quality assessments, verifying parts, and initiating discrepancies or non-conformances.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology
- Knowledge of tooling and hydraulics (preferred)
- Familiarity with power/utility industry or substation projects (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
