Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement is responsible for developing, managing, and executing continuous improvement objectives, collaborating with senior executives, and ensuring that processes are optimized to enhance efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Industrial/Manufacturing/Process engineering or related field
• 15 – 20 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma role
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role with strong management and leadership skills
• Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired
