Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Plexus is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead productivity and operational focused resources to enable execution to business and quality needs. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of the interplay between human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination. They will develop and oversee strategic plans for industrial engineering initiatives, collaborate with various departments, and oversee facility upgrades and process improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced Industrial Engineering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of related experience
• Proficient in the use of industrial engineering tools, techniques, with experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Proven leadership skills and management experience
