Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager will support the deployment of the Operational Excellence Strategy in their site, leading Operational Excellence initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals. They will lead the business analysis of proposed projects, prioritize projects, and develop site Operational Excellence processes and metrics.

What You Will Do

Lead Operational Excellence initiatives, deploy the PSOE as standard work, facilitate the Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team, develop and update site Operational Excellence processes and metrics, and exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating Plexus Core Values.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Industry in Technology, Supply Chain or Operations roles, a Bachelor's Degree, and Lean Six Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certification. They will be responsible for evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential.
