Senior Manager Engineering - Shelton, CT

This position is responsible for the overall administration and management of engineering activities for the Wiring Device-Kellems product categories. The role encompasses the full scope of engineering functions, including research, concept development, design, specification, and documentation for new and revised products, while supporting the New Product Development (NPD) process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of engineering experience in the design and development of electro-mechanical or electrical/electronic products, preferably wiring devices.
• At least 5 years of engineering management experience with proven engineering leadership and team-building skills.
• Hands-on design experience utilizing CAD tools.
