Sr. Analyst, Data Science and Governance

We are looking for an individual with advanced Excel experience as well as a solid understanding of SAP Master Data. The preferred candidate will have experience with GUI scripts, Marcos, and a degree. The Specialist/Sr. Analyst, Data Science and Maintenance, will focus on reviewing Master Data across Hubbell to ensure data is maintained according to established guidance.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong global relationships in a matrixed environment across segments and functional levels.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies in master data.
• Develop a reporting structure and cadence to key stakeholders on the health of the master data.
• Perform in depth master data reviews tied to established business guidance.
• Work with Site Business Leaders to facilitate updates to Site/Business managed Master Data.
• Provide training and support to site team members to help improve the understanding of the importance of maintaining master data.
• Lead Master Data reviews across Hubbell's SAP sites to maintain data integrity.
• Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, priorities workload, and achieve results.
