Supervisor, Production - Molding 2nd shift

This position performs a full spectrum of assignments related to the achievement of manufacturing goals through the application and sustainment of lean manufacturing techniques, effective supervision and training of manufacturing personnel in the Molding area. Coordinates production, quality, and materials activities so that manufactured products meet quality, service, and cost standards and objectives.

Requirements

• Implements and adheres to production schedules to maintain on-time delivery of orders
• Prevents and implements corrective actions to avoid, reduce or eliminate manufacturing problems
• Secure the Quality System integrity and for the implementation, execution, and compliance of the Hubbell Caribe Limited (“HCL”) Quality Manual procedures within the area(s) under his supervision
• Responsible for personnel safety, coordinates the purchase and replacement of protective equipment, delivers and trains personnel on the proper use of protective equipment, ensures compliance to safety policies, procedures, and rules
