Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) — Honduras

Hubstaff is a remote-first company that helps organizations optimize productivity and workforce operations. The Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them via email and live chat, and working closely with teammates across different time zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
