The Style Strategist is responsible for driving and evolving Huckberry's unique style POV across all customer-facing channels. This role is equal parts visionary and executor: setting the tone for what'style at Huckberry' looks like, building looks that resonate with our community, and bringing to life stories that bridge product, brand, and lifestyle.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in styling, fashion direction, or visual merchandising within an e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle brand environment
- Proven ability to build looks that drive both brand storytelling and revenue, with a strong grasp of product hierarchy, outfitting, and seasonal merchandising cadence
- Deep understanding of menswear styling principles; translating fit, fabric, and design details into cohesive, compelling outfits across channels
- Experience partnering with Merchandising, Buying, and Marketing teams to highlight hero styles, capsule drops, and exclusive collaborations
- Highly organized with strong sample management, on-set styling, and production coordination skills; able to balance creative execution with operational precision
