Bilingual Residential Counselor

Bilingual Residential Counselor at Huckleberry Youth Programs, working with youth and families to promote safety, health, and education. Salary: $23.00 - $25.75 Hourly. Must pass DOJ and FBI background checks.

Requirements

• Perform tasks and responsibilities in a complete and timely manner
• Maintain a creative, team-building, cooperative approach to job performance
• Exercise discretion and professional judgment at all times
• Actively strive to improve personal and professional development
• Perform all core tasks in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
• Previous experience engaging with youth and their families in a setting that promoted youth advocacy, case management, youth-centered services, and/or provides crisis services
• Possess a valid CA driver's license and a driving history that allows candidate to be enrolled into the Agencies auto policy
• Highly organized, creative, innovative
