Head of Video Content

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Video Content Lead to elevate our video content function at Huda Beauty. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee our post-production team of three editors and drive the vision for video creation across brand campaigns, social-first content, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in post-production management or a closely related field
• Deep understanding of all areas of postproduction: editing, color grading, VFX, sound design
• Proven experience shooting and editing beauty content
• Strong technical knowledge of production equipment and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight deadlines
• Experience working in agency, brand in-house, or post-production house environments
• Prior experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports and freelancers
• Proficient with editing software (Premiere Pro is required; After Effects, etc.)
• Technical acumen to set up, configure, and troubleshoot video, audio, lighting, and related production equipment
• Excellent creativity, communication, and attention to detail
• Socialfirst mindset - comfortable creating content specifically for digital/social platforms
