Packaging Development Manager

As a Packaging Development Manager at Huda Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and industrializing innovative packaging solutions. You will lead technical development and supplier coordination, ensuring that our packaging meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in packaging development within the cosmetics or beauty industry, with a strong technical foundation in packaging materials, manufacturing processes, injection molding, and decoration techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, KeyShot) and 3D prototyping is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers to develop and industrialize packaging solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting packaging issues.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cosmetic packaging is required.
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide a team while driving strategic packaging initiatives.
