Job Description
Hudson Guild is seeking a Lead Teacher to work in their Early Childhood Education department, serving low-income children ages 2 to 4 in Chelsea and neighboring communities. The Lead Teacher will implement curriculum, supervise staff, and develop lesson plans aligned with the Creative Curriculum format and Common Core Standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 90 undergraduate credits or Associates in ECE with field experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or related field (preferred)
- Master's in Early Childhood Education and/or related field (preferred)
- Bilingual in either Spanish/English, Mandarin/English, or Cantonese/English (preferred)
