Job Description
TRIA is seeking a Clinical Athletic Trainer Navigator to join their orthopedic team. This role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care, providing injury and illness prevention, wellness promotion, and specialized services. The Navigator will coordinate care across the enterprise, providing in-patient and outpatient support for orthopedic clinics, urgent care, physical therapy, and other specialty programs, as well as outreach activities.
Requirements
- Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Current license with Minnesota & Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice
- Valid NPI number
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong clinical and human relations skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Knowledge of age-related growth and development
