Patient Access Representative

Patient Access Representative is responsible for check-in, registration, and scheduling functions, as well as addressing inquiries via telephone, email, or fax. The care Model Process (CMP) guidelines are to be utilized and followed for all workflows.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years in customer service, working in a hospital or medical clinic setting or graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service
• Two year degree in related field (preferred)
