The Security Officer has primary responsibility to protect people, property, information, and the reputation of Park Nicollet Health Services. This position requires a courteous and professional demeanor and the ability to independently manage work, completing duties outlined in the job description and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- FBI/BCA background check required upon hire
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or currently in a degree program
- Previous experience in healthcare security
- Previous law enforcement or public safety experience
- Previous customer service
- Military experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
