Job Description
The Analyzer Technician is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of online and laboratory analyzers to ensure accurate and reliable process measurements.
Requirements
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on process analyzers
- Carry out calibration, validation, and performance testing of analyzers
- Troubleshoot analyzer system faults, sample conditioning systems, and associated instrumentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, calibration reports, breakdown logs, and documentation
- Support plant startups, shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities
