Rotating Equipment Specialist

Responsible for optimizing performance, reliability, and maintenance of rotating equipment across oil & gas and refinery facilities. Provide technical consultancy, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and support maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Lead optimization and performance improvement of rotating equipment
• Provide technical consultancy and engineering support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
• Review equipment design, specifications, and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment performance issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives
• Support commissioning, inspection, and maintenance planning for rotating machinery
