Job Description
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an ETF Trade Support Analyst to join their Business Development team in New York City. This role will support HRT's Americas ETF business by assisting the sales trading desk with manual execution and ongoing client engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an operations or middle office settlements role; client-facing experience is a plus
- Proficient with Python, Unix, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of various settlement processes and financial markets, with specialized expertise in ETFs
- FINRA Series 7, 57, 63, or willingness to obtain through HRT
- Excellent cross-functional written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong work ethic and a desire to see complex projects through from concept to completion
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Keen interest in technology and trading is mandatory
