Job Description
We're looking for an experienced software engineer to join our AI Tools team. As a coder at Hudson River Trading, you'll work on a small, productive team to develop software that improves productivity across the company using the latest technologies and techniques in software engineering and the broader AI tooling ecosystem.
Requirements
- Help develop software that improves productivity for every office and department at HRT
- Write a custom MCP wrapper around internal resources
- Fine-tune a new code completion model
- Deploy a new coding assistant across all developer and researcher environments
- Develop evaluations and iterate on an autonomous coding agent
- Collaborate with security to improve AI sandboxing
- Present and educate users on best practices
