Finance Associate

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Finance Associate to join their Accounting team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a background in financial services and experience with Indian GAAP and SEBI regulation.

Requirements

• Perform daily P&L, cash, and position reconciliations
• Perform month-end closing procedures
• Test and utilize automated tools for monthly and on-the-fly reconciliation and profit reports
• Assist with external audits
• Collaborate with the Tax team to provide information and data necessary to complete various tax return filings
• Perform cash and collateral management functions
• Prepare other ad hoc reporting as required by SEBI, banks, and exchanges
• Assist in the infusion and repatriation of capital
• Work with relational databases and set up reports using simple SQL queries
